Yep, Looking looking forward to it a great deal. Would it be wise to cycle along the R40 to Barberton by oneself?

A few days in the Roodekrans / Krugersdorp area, then off to Nelspruit. Hopefully get into the panarama tour and then some more cycling in that area.

Thanks for the replies. Basically it's cycle with a helmet on and avoid freeways and any road with a no cycling sign!

I think I read on this forum that you are allowed to cycle on 'R' numbered roads, bit not 'N' numbered roads. Is this correct, or is there any other restrictions in place? Secondly, is it compulsary to wear a helmet whilst riding your cycle?
