Thanks. Since found out this is a 2003 frameset (Carbon) with Ortega Livestrong wheels. What do you think it is worth?

Hi, New to cycling and looking to buy a road bike. I have been offered what I have been told is a 2007 (?) Giant TCR Team Once (Medium) with Tiagra 9 speed Groupset Carbon stem, neck and bars plus 2 carbon bottle holders and a bike computer for R9000. Is this worth it?
