  3. My friends Luminous green Scott Voltage has been stolen from his bakkie on Saturday 22 August in Stellenbosch. 26" wheels White rims Black handlebar 1×11 recently done Coil shock at the back Rockshock u-turn up front. White seat Small frame.
  4. No i did not. Baught it second hand last year
  5. Lets talk tomorrow about the situation when we aren't worked up anymore and decide on something then. Thank you!
  6. I did not tell anyone to replace dust boots. I was phoned and asked if they can give my shock a service and my words was to open and check seals and report back to me. Also after the argument i was offered by them to send in the fork and let them qoute but nothing was said that they will pay. You will also see ond the CCTV footage that i took a ride on my bicycle in front of the shop to see if my rear derailleur was adjusted and did a few bunny hops and loaded the bicycle on my car. The rebound knob caught my eye and I tried to turn it to see if it works and was surprised to see that it didn't work. I also have photo evidence of my tri-link before the service that shows no damage or chip marks
  7. Yep only from replacing bearings! Thats why im so sad. It is a 2015 trance. I was so proud of the bike because it had no serious chip or pitmarks untill that happend
  8. I sent it in for pivot and BB bearings and a major service. I'm struggling to post photos. Sorry about that but I would gladly send you photos: 079 878 7342
  9. The shop was Bike Addict it Malmesbury Western Cape. I have a giant trance 2, nothing fancy but still. The broke the rebound setting on my fork and wouldn't own up to it! I spoke with a Richard who is in charge of booking services. He then told me to speak to a Johan. I'm not clear on his position but must be high up. He then told me that i have a cheap piece op sh!t bike and they work on much better bikes. I struggled to get them to call me or even return my calls! Then he went on a rant and said that im lying and should f*ck off. I tolf him he runs a sh!t company and and he repeatedly called me a p*es afterwords
  10. Honestly not sure how to upload pictures. I just need advice on where to make this public because I think it is unacceptable
  11. I recently picked up my bycicle at a bycicle shop and there was more damage done than work done. I spoke with the shops manager and after me sending them photos on the of the damage i got told I damaged it like that. The conversation ended up with me telling the guy that he runs a sh*t business and he repeatedly told me I'm a p*#s. I need your opinions on how to take this further! Thank you
