Thats what I want to get, Ive just got a mate comin back from th UK next week, so am hoping to get it a bit cheaper if possible.

Will they let me buy/ pay for a Specialized saddle from an overseas shop and get it delivered in the UK if Im buying from a UK store? From what Ive heard & seen Specialized do not export there saddles. Will I get charged VAT or Tax when I place the order & pay for it from South Africa?

Did some further research and found that their is a woman called Alexia somewhere is Durban that does it, dont know a number or prices for anyone else looking or wanting to do this in Durban.

I understand & agree. I feel I can accelerate quicker and roll quicker with heavier tyres - Go figure. But wouldn't it be great to save on the overall weight at the same time with compromising the strength & integrity of the tyre or you haveing to replace the tyres to often fom cuts to sidewalls etc etc being a full UST(be it differant rubber compound, whatever really)

For sure, I just wonder why other brands have not followed suit, still dont know why it was "flamed"? Seemed like a reasonable comment to make considering what I said in my original post - People not engaging the brain before speaking it seems. I started it for interest sake for people to get an idea of what they could build up in terms of a wheelset and then to compare to something in realilty.

I just asked what peoples wheelsets weigh, then wondered why the tyre companies dont make a inbetween tyre - No need for the sarcasm was there really.

I went to my prefered LBS for bike fit/ setup not too sure about it though, my lower back is getting very sore in the beginning of my ride and also after a long ride. Im doing core(ab & back exercises at gym) So not sure whats the problem. They never even looked at my cleat position So anyone know you or where to go get done by some that does this or will do it properly in Durban it would be greatly appreciated.

Just out of curiosity, where did this calcualtion come from? Would this work for any bike, road & mtb? I would like to check mine is right

If you gonna do this, lay the bladder flat in the freezer, feels nicer on your back(bit more ergonomic), try not to let the water be near the end where the tube connects - Can cause splits and cracks.

Are you 100% sure on this? So how do I get all my music into there, can it share the music with Sonic from the original files? Do I just import music files as I already do with Sonic Stage.

Mmmm, how does it transfer the music to your various mp 3 devices?

Would that work for both a Sony & ipod? Why is it better? I've had 1 bad experience with iTunes so nervous to do anything with my music collection.

I need some help with iTunes, any Apple software gurus out there? How do I keep all my music in Sonic Stage, and also load them onto iTunes without messing anything up. Do I need to copy all my music separately for iTunes and import them that way?, Which just seems crazy. Im too scared to do anything - can any one help please?
