Are there any people reading this forum that were at the Saturday morning ride from "Single Track" through Silver Lakes area? It was the first time I did the route with a mate of mine, and I can highly reccomend it. The scenery made it really worthwhile. I am hoping to stay closer to the front this Saturday. I found the downhills a bit daunting with my hardtail. But a nice atmosphere and cool people.

Did I really nice ride with some cool people in the Silverlakes area. Don't ask me exactly where. I would never be able to find the place again. Nice challenging track and excellent scenery. Nice group. They waited quite patiently for the "New Guys".

Where in Groenkloof do you guys ride? Fort Klapperkop? I work at LCM and see alot of cyclist here. Is it singletrack and how many km's do you guys normally do? Could a I do it with a very standard hardtail?
