Event Name: Oldenburg MTB Challenge When: 2 March 2019 Where: Oldenburg Lodge and Game Park, Freestate Category: MTB We are super excited to Launch our very first Mountain Bike Challenge!!! A lot of work has been put into preparing some Superb MTB tracks and some of our riders responsible for pioneering this route have really done a great job! The TERRAIN A route of 25km has been especially prepared by the Oldenburg staff and experienced MTB riders. All the riders will be challenged with some steep climbs and undulating terrain as well as scenic rides through the Donga, Forest section and below the Mountain range that surrounds you! The 50km Route exits Oldenburg and continues through neighboring farms which provide a challenging but very scenic ride! This ride will test your leg strength and endurance and is not to be under estimated! DISTANCES, COST and START Times: 50km - R150 - @7am 25km - R100 - @7:30am 5km kiddies ride - R50 - @8am Complimentary craft beer/ cold drink and a wors roll for the 50km and 25km riders. Waterpoints provided on route! REGISTRATION on the day runs from 6am! ENTERTAINMENT: Music, food stalls, supervision for the Kids and a cash bar available on the day!
