  4. Hi All, Please can you guide me. I have a kickr core, i used to use it with my silverback bike with a 9 speed casette, i upgraded my bike to a giant liv which now has a 12 speed casette. I want to find a casette i can fit onto my trainer, but i cannot find a sram eagle sx 12 spd 11x50 casette, which is on my bike now... another option is to get the zwift cog (it's not available in SA so i need to find someone who is traveling to EU (i have someone there now)) but... there is a chance that it might not work without the zwift membership. So before i take on the cost, i wanted to get advice from the experts here. Can i use one of the other sram casettes? (like the nx) Where can i find the sx if i cannot use the nx? Switching from a quick release to a thru axle will this cause problems? Or should i just find a really cheap bike i can put onto the trainer and remove all other issues, and any suggestions (please note i am short so it will need to be a very small bike? Thanks all
  5. Thank you i appreciate the effort, will have a look
  6. Lol don't they all? Problem is they are secretive on the lens magnification. Haha and if you aren't quick you wont see what they write

  11. That makes sense thank you. 0.75 doesn't sound like much... but without it ones brain tries to fix the blurriness and then causes migraines... 😞
  12. @WIM STEENKAMP I tried contacts, but... my eyes dry out too quickly. Ok let me check the Rudy project ones. Thank you @Barry thanks I will check what they said there. Was looking for a post on this but I didn't see it haha. @Jensie is it safe to go with one of those? Shein also has, but I didn't know if it was actually uv and all that
  13. Hi there, I need some advice on cycling glasses, I wear glasses for nearsightedness, I have a set of Rudy Project sunglasses (with the proper lenses) but it is not cycling set, it is from the lifestyle range. I went to the optometrist and asked them if they can assist with cycling glasses, they suggested I use Oakley (the normal sport ones) or I can buy from a cycling store, the one with the optic inserts, then come to them for the actual glass insert. Where do I start looking and when is this actually needed? My prescription is very small (-0.75) thus is it really needed? Or will normal cycling glasses be fine? How does photochromic affect it? And why is it so difficult to get the optic insert sets? Any advice will be greatly appreciated Thanks
