Thanks Guys Am I correct in my thinking that the units need to be connected to a smartphone for mapping? No off-line mapping? I want off-line mapping

I am about to start cycling in Knysna and don't want to get lost. Also need to know where the trails are! So I am looking for a cycling GPS that has mapping, and one on-which I can install maps Not interested in measuring heart, cadence etc Simple unit that tells me where I am and where to go Thanks in advance
