Bike shop in Western cape that use to sell fondriest bicycle refuse to give me a valuation certificate with serial number on it because they don't sell fondriest anymore.My insurance want a serial number on the certificate but shop refuse to put number On.Im the third owner is one of their arguments.WHAT DO I DO NOW?
