I have used a Garmin Fenix for many years on the mountain bike, putting it through the ringer with zero issues or cracks.
I recently upgraded to a EPIX Pro Gen 2 and the softest knock against a wooden bathroom door cracked my screen straight through which is almost crazy to imagine.
I have heard of people getting replacements from Garmin directly. Any idea who I should contact? (Based locally in Durbanville) In the event that Garmin say no, any idea where I can get this fixed?
Disappointed is an understatement.
