[NX deraileur wheel came off]

Hi guys, have any of you had experience of the top deraileur wheel screw come loose on a SRAM NX 12 speed? My wife's came out after less than 500km on a new bike. You can even still see the loctite on the thread.

 

Comparing it to my deraileur, there is basically not a single mm extra on the screw. It barely goes in.

 

Any similar experiences?

I just received my 2009 Kona One20 Primo from wiggle.co.uk. Paid GBP909 for it, including shipping, plus VAT and duties of R1850. I guess I was lucky not having to pay more, but at that price you cannot even nearly compare it to what you would pay for it here. Was a real lucky break.
