Hi all, Hope you can help. A mate has joined me MTB'ing. He using a bike of his that he hasn't ridden for ages. His front Shock is so stiff it hardly moves, is there a fix for this?

Loving the bike, however the Tektro Draco / Hydraulic Disc brakes seem to be "weak"...is this maybe cause it's new? Does it need to be ridden in?
