  1. Hi Guys, So we have the chance to do the CT Cycle Tour for the first time - we have done many 94.7's. We have friends of friends who can't ride and have given up their entries for us. They have gone through the withdrawal process and nominated us to take their place. We emailed Cycle Tour who told us they would create a 'substitution entry' for us, and gave us a link to click on. I go through the process but get to tab 3. Substitution where it wants the email and password of the guy I'm replacing. I've emailed them again but haven't got a reply in over a week now, and when I call, I get the message: 'all our agents are currently busy' - for hours at a time till the call times out. Has anyone else had issues with substitutions or have an alternate contact that can help us?
