At the moment as far as i know the road riders leave at five in the morning on tuesday and friday mornings you can confirm this at bike scene in selcourt.On weekends there are mountain bike rides and road rides leaving selcourt at six o clock on saturday mornings.On sunday mornings mostly just road rides at six o clock.This is a fairly large club with people from Heidelburg and Benoni even coming out to Springs to ride hope this helps.
