Craig here , new to mtb , started rd cycling again just over 6 months ago, did the cape cycle tour... I'm done with rd cycling.. anyone keen for newlands , Cape Town, Constantia , Tokai.. maybe start at new shift coffee in Claremont/Cavendish they open 6 30..
