I've recently taken up cycling again after 10 years. Lived in George with so many awesome routes to cycle on but moved to Midrand in the meantime. Can anyone provide me with a route or two in and around Midrand (road cycling)? I've tried the R55 to PTA and R511 to Harties, but these roads are so messed up with no yellow lines, not to mention the informal settlements you have to cycle by. I'm looking for a road that is not that busy with a yellow line, anything from 60 - 100 km.
