I'm a French cyclist/triathlete on holiday in Cape Town for 2 weeks from Friday. I'd love to be able to go for some rides (and runs) to see the local scenery. I may don't want to ride on my own. Do you know some group rides during that time ? I'm planning to try riding from 15 to 24 December.
So I'd like to know if you may know someone that has a spare bike (road or gravel) to lend me for French specialities (I'm 1m70 tall, I'll bring my pedals). Also
