Happy new year! any recommendations please on best maxxis tire combo for cape epic 24? was thinking rekon 60tpi front, rekon race 120tpi rear… my partner considering rekon race pair but I’m concerned they’ll be too low profile (slick). unfamiliar with conditions and terrain as flying in from UAE where I ride Aspens front and rear, thank you 🙏 78kg/180cm, 18-20 hrs riding a week, well trained and experienced in technical terrain and XCO racing…
