Deep tissue sports massage, trigger point release therapy is a sure way to support, recovery, avoid injury as a result of training and overuse, manage the fatigue factor as a result of big training for multi day events "Epic,Sani2c, Joberg2c" and many others... our calendar FULL of wonderful events the year through. Are you investing in your recovery? You invest in "equipment, and time" however, if the BODY is not supported, it will break down, become imbalanced start to compensate, which will result in injury. Choose to make "sports massage" a very important part of your training and competition program... regularly! It is not meant to be a "nice massage" it is meant to be deep tissue, as that is where the toxic build up is, the micro damage to the muscle tissue is deep in the meat of the muscle, not at SKIN level!!! However, if you do this treatment regularly, it becomes more pleasant, the body's ability to recover is easier and quicker, and performance and endurance is enhanced, giving you the results YOU WANT!.
