  1. Hi There I had similar problems myself, I opted to go to a Retul Bike fitting, check out www.retul.com. The bike fit is done via laser analysis, the price can be as high as R1000 for the fit, but it is well worth the money. You will also get a print out of your setup which can be re-used should you ever upgrade to a new bike. The accuracy of this setup is to within 1mm. This is the preferred system used by Team SKY, Garmin-Sharp as well as local team MTN Qhubeka. There is a retul bike fitter in Durban, below are details. Andrew Cairns New Guelderland Estate Kwa Dukuza, South Africa 4450 27829500333 awcairns@gmail.com I highly recommend going this route, as it has made me more comfortable on my bike and has probably added another 3-5% efficiency in my riding.

  3. http://www.bdlive.co.za/business/property/2014/01/28/commission-approves-sale-of-modderfontein-property-to-shanghai-zendai THE sale of the Heartland property by chemicals and explosives company AECI to Chinese property developer Shanghai Zendai has been approved by the Competition Commission, but with a condition Saw this on Business Day website, my understanding is that this is on the same land that the MTB park is currently on? Sad that MTB riders will have to make way for more retail (consumption) development.
