Hi Hubbers! Don't know which of you, or I should say how many of you are familiar with Karbona goods. I bought a set of karbona 32ml (I think) carbon wheels with a alu rim for R4500. I think they called the falcons.. I haven't had time to pay much attention to them. But anyway, what are your opinions on these wheels?

Hi guys I'm in matric now and I need to figure out what the hell I'm going to do next year. I'm not 100% sure if varsity is for me. So I'm quite keen on working for my first year out of school at a cycle shop to gain some experience in the running of a cycle shop and then go and do some sort of a course in business management and open up a cycling shop some time within 5-7 years. But I'm worried about the market for cycling in south Africa.. Any tips for me hubbers? PLEASE!! P L E A S E ! !

hi Hubbers! so today while i was cycling on the LEFT side of the road in the yellow lane a lady does a U-TURN and knocks me off the road. she knew that she was wrong and appologized and so forth. i took down her numbers and lisence number and nessesary details. now there are a few damages to the bike and my helmet. am i right to say that she must pay for all to get repaired/replaced and what else can i do? im really sick and tired of these bad drivers.

HI Hubbers! so i saw some reps at a race promoting Newton running shoes. so i want to know, have any of you guys used newtons before? i understand the concepts and so forth behind them, but i want to know what are they like? if you've had 1st hand experience with using them. thanks

I'm not talking about small things,im meaning specialize in triathlon. or do they do that? is that their main concern?

howzit Hubbers! its been on my mind for a really long time now, and have you EVER seen a shop dedicated to triathlon alone, sure you might get Iron man shops and franchises that do that. but i'm talking about a self owned,self created shop that would only be dedicated to triathlon. i live in East London and we don't have that here, even though we host the 70.3. so would it be a good investment to open an 'only dedicated to triathlon' shop. i want to know whether you guys think it would make business and would it created competition with the other thousand cycling shops here, haha.

hi guys! im wanting to take a 9 speed cassette off of a shimano wrh500 wheel and put a 10 speed cassette onto the free wheel body, will the cassette fit on snug and will if function properly? thanks hubbers!

how long has that race been going for? and how many entries did it have?

would anyone do a 5 stage race in EL? and come down here for it and pay R180 per team and R130 per person entry? and get a shirt and other goodies? im thinking of planing a 5 stage race which will consist of a:road/trail run mtb road cycle swim paddle and distances would be similar to a olimpic tri,maybe a lil further?

i did iron man when i was 16 and again when i was 17, i did the cycle and the run, both wernt to bad but afterwards i was stuffed! and ive done some olimpic distances but im worried with doing them one after the other, if im buggered after a 90km cycle what would i feel like after the run! and swim! i mean ive done a 40km odd run and i was fine, so running isnt mu prob. i guess im just worried with screwing up my body for the future

im thinking of doing half ironman 2012 and ill be 18 going to 19 in may, should i do it or wait somemore?

i just thought i'd agree with you! i think that EL's HALF ironman is so much harder that the full one in PE
