My lbs did open and clean them once and they worked fine for a while but it started to give problems again. Thought maybe someone on the hub opened and cleaned them before, so that I can do it by myself.

Does anyone have tips on opening and servicing SRam X7 mtb shifters? The problem is that while shifting the shifters gets stuck.
