My group did see a motorist in a silver VW Golf driving recklessly behind cyclists while blowing his hooter from the foot of the Nelson Mandela bridge. I think he was frustrated due to the masses. We all shook our heads at his actions but not far up the bridge, some of the cyclists managed to calm him down. When we passed him, he was talking to a cyclist through his front window. The cyclist looked like he was doing a good job as there was no sign of aggression. Not sure if this led to anything further after we passed them?
