  1. Like I said before, I'm not here to fight, I'm here to find some answers, which I've found. I will continue my quest to sort out my dispute with MSC. I see the road being a long and rocky one, but I have duel suspension, so should be ok - out!

  3. Harryn, I have all there no's, old and new, I have mailed them from their site, I have dialed 1023. Why don't you seach other forums for Morningside on this site and see that other feel the same as I do. I have had my experience with them, it's been a long and tedious one. Next time your in the shop, ask them about the yeti rebuild kit they were supposed to send me, ask them when I ordered it, ask them if they refunded me the money for it when they never delivered. Don't get yourself too worked up over it, I'm not. I would like my money back though
  4. Thanks for that Johan. I joined this forum to find out more about Morningside as they have been giving me the run around since October last year. There are clearly 2 separate schools of thought on this forum regarding them, you guys, and the others on this forum who feel like I do. I have no problem stepping up to the plate with my anonymity, it makes no difference to me. I am far from being a coward, I have tried to get hold of them for the past 5 months or so to sort the issue out....but with no luck! If you have a solution or suggestion for me to resolve this issue, I'm all ears! I'm a lover, not a fighter, but I have been dicked around!

  8. Harsh maybe. I was searching for somewhere to voice my opinion and i found it. I have a love affair with my Yeti, and to have that kind of service from the agents really just sucks, they need to step up to the plate!
  9. I have just joined this site to find out more about Morningside Cycles, and whoa! There are many others like me who feel that Kurt and Colin should close their doors and give up on the cycling industry. I have had terrible service from them, they owe me money, and quite frankly, they are lucky I live in Cape Town. I own a Yeti and unfortunately for me, they are the South African agents.I needed parts, and have been given the run around since Oct last year! I will be bad mouthing them to Yeti in Colorado and to our local Bicycling magazine. I'm glad I found thehubsa where there are others who feel the same, I was beginning to feel it was personal! Well done to those bike shops in SA giving the sport a good name, and to those like Morningside, go ride yourselves into a ditch!
