Hi Somebody just told me that FPC gift acres has closed completely.. Is this accurate and will registration still be there if it is closed?

Hi all a friend of mine contacted me this morning and said while driving he came across a guy riding a full suspension Canondale and he said he could obviously see this was not the man riding it's bike. He says it was in the Diepsloot area. He says, he will see if he can find the guy again tomorrow morning as he said it looked like he was on his way to work with the bike..
