Hi Guys, I saw this Merida and fell in love.. Its a really great looking bike and i'm only looking for entry level as MTB is my main game ! I then came across the Fugi for R2000 less and after doing some research it seems spec for spec they are pretty much the same ?? I'm heading towards the Fuji, its a lot cheaper and its not bad looking at all. B) Could anyone give some advice, maybe someone has either of these bike ? SO... I collected the bike this weekend. Did my first race on it (48km in 3 hours) and what a great machine ! I loved every minute of it ! Rocky decents were a walk in the park, switchbacks were a little harder than usual and the hill climbs were slightly harder but not that much ! Compared to my previous entry level 26er this bike felt amazing almost !! All in all its a great bike and so far I have no regrets !! I also saw a couple other Titans in the race so these bikes are starting to get more and more popular !

No clue what the weight is ? A guy that was trying to convince me to buy the Giant kept saying the Titan is heavy!! But 11.4 KGs isnt bad at all !! Im going to see the bike personally this weekend ill get it weighed and let you guys know

Hi Guys So im taking the leap and buying a 29er B) I took a look at the following 4 bikes: MOMSEN ALS29 SCOTT SCALE 29 ELITE TITAN 29R PRO GIANT XTC COMPOSITE 29ER 1 Spec for spec the Titan really comes out on top and its a great looking bike too.In addition, the guys at Chain Cycerly in hillcrest have decided to do a great deal for me and include a full Crest ZTR wheelset + do a tubeless conversion for me becuase thats what the momsen bike had to offer(Minus the crest hubs) which is what would have pursueded me to get the momsen. I think im really happy with my decision - So ill getting the bike at the end of the month Now, I cant really find any reviews on the Titan range. I know they come from the Merido factory so they cant be all that bad Does anyone have any reviews on this specific bike by anychance ?
