  1. Very true that a post like this can damage the reputation of a store. What I can tell you is that the manager of the store was not there on wed afternoon as he went to race Carosel on thursday, so it is the assistant who locked the store that should stayed the extra 15 min, I know the manager would have. Well done Demitri for assisting to sort out the problem. FPC Paulshof is under new ownership and there is real effort to improve the store, unfortunately every now and then this type of situation occurs and the name again gets damaged. The person responsible for closing the store that afternoon should be sent packing as his actions are not acceptable. I have a number of friends that take their bikes there and have baught bikes from them and all say that service is great and they do try go the extra mile for them. As for not opening on thursday, we have got too used to shops being open on public holidays, nothing wrong with closing on the holiday but yes they should let customers with bikes/wheels in the workshop know that there has been a change of plan. This was not bad service but rather a slip up that was resolved thanks to Demitri and at least you got to ride on thursday. I will make sure that the guys from FPC read this and take note and action.
