Hello, I am from Scotland and will be visiting my brother in South Africa from 4th March for a couple of weeks spending Mon 5th and 6th in Jo'burg (Melrose Estate) and then will be back in Jo'burg 15th - 18th March. I would love to know of any training rides or people who would be keen to go out - and I especially like very hilly rides. I am an ex ex race head who keeps fit (and sane) by riding my bike and doing the occasional sportif - did the Trans Alp Road Race last year and am doing the Haute Route this year. I will have my road bike with me and will also bring mtb pedals if that is a better option. If anyone can recommend a good place to hire an MTB that would be great. I will also be in Cape Town 7th through 14th and so would love to know of any group rides or anyone keen to go cycling with. And yes I am doing the Argus! Jackie
