Thanks for the help After looking at the pictures, am 99% sure i have delta cleats. So it's of to the LBS for the proper thing. Once again thanks for all the help

WOW thanks for the fast responses.. Is there anyway I can check to see if the cleats are delta? (They really seem do seem too big for the pedals when I try line them up)

Hi All I hope that someone will be able to help a newbie cyclist out. I have been given a set of "look keo sprint" pedals with black cleats, but for some reason the cleats dont seem to "fit" into the pedals. I have checked and the cleats are look. Do I perhaps have the wrong size cleats... Do I need a certain type of cleat for these pedals? I have had a look on the web, and the "look cleats" all seem to be the same, they dont seem to be any different! I have been to my lbs and the one guy said the cleats are too big, an at the other shop they said the cleats are fine and I just need to stamp down hard on the pedals. ( needless to say this did not work) So anyone that will be able to assist me with this will be much appreciated
