I am investigating a Hybrid for my wife. So will never go offroad (she actually holds the brakes on inclines) but still we need a bike on which she can do the 94 for example and use at a holiday resort with the kids. So a road bike is out off the question. Suggestions? R10-15k

Are you talking about Teak Place in the Craddle past the rhino park? Three weeks ago there was a sign that said it was closed for renovations.

I would just sand it down with 400 grid water paper and lots of Water. Did a kids cycle last week and it was fairly fast.

I have a Shimano 105 groupset on a Pinarello FP Quattro that constantly need adjusting on the rear derailleur. It doesn't shift well at all, then I adjust it, small adjustments, and 200-300km later it is a little "sticky" in the upshift again. You shift and hear that krrr krrr krrr, and 50m later the chain jumps. Stop and adjust, 200 km later it is there again. Down shifts are smooth. I've had it back to Bruce's three times allready, but it still does it, they say it is normal with new cables, they still need to stretch. Any advice?

Hi all. I just joined and have onlty been cycling since the begiing of this year (road). I haven't joined group rides yet, but are interested to learn about the etiquette for these before I do. Any advise? Uys
