I joined a group of MTB riders for the first time yesterday leaving from the Monkey Park in Benoni. I went hypoglycemic with severe leg cramps after about 23km.. but two guys stayed with me and assisted getting me and my bike back to Broodblik where my daughter had come to pick me up.. Unfortunately I got no names or contact numbers...I hope somehow that one of the group is on here and picks up my message.. Thank you guys and gals, a gal who even came back and loaned me her e bike to continue with.. you all really went the extra mile yesterday to help..you have no idea how much it meant...I also want to apologise for inconvenience you on your ride.. Hope to see you all on the trail again, under better circumstances..

I am keen, as long as its not too serious. Tried to join up with a group at BP on Sunday, but them okes are Serious!!!! while they "pottered" down the road, it was all we could do to keep up. So we stopped off at the driving range, hit a bucket, and continued on home.
