    I have always believed that Credit should be given where it is due - I had a puncture this morning after hitting a rock. Fortunately no damage was done apart from replacing the tube - I was initially surprised that Andrew did not stop seeing that he failed to point out the object that caused the puncture. Not thinking anything of it I was pleasantly surprised to receive a Phone Call from Andrew a bit later to Apologise for not pointing out the object as he did not see it untill the last second and for not stopping. Granted he did slow down and looked back - but fortunately we were a group of about 7 and three of the guys stopped to help. I am sure he would have stopped if it was just the two of us riding - but ANYONE who is BIG ENOUGH to go out of their way to get your phone number and call you to APOLOGISE deserves a BIG a pat on the Back.   2. Nah - being in the retail business myself I know that good service isnt always mentioned, especially in our country where the emphysis on customer service is lost most of the time. Profit isnt a swear word !!!

Just a quick mention / thanks to the guys (Alex and Ruan) at Northcliff Cycles for their fantastic service, I took my bike in to swop the groupset today - and although their workshop was jampacked, they worked till 6:30pm to ensure I do not miss out on the Engen to Engen series - sponsored by NetCare 911 and Jungle Oats the following morning. Thanks a Million guys !!!!!!
