Hello everyone, So sadly winter is upon us and it is increasingly difficult to drag one's rear out of a warm bed to train ... so I am looking for any volunteers willing to commit to some early morning rides in Cape Town. I live in Obz but can cycle to meet anyone between Claremont/ Kenilworth are to Town side ... looking to cycle about 2 hours starting at 5am (around 50kays depending on the route) - any day will be fine (although multiple will be preferable).
