Hi guys, I have contacted the Customer Service Manager at Gautrain and really think we should look at this topic again. I have created a petition page on Facebook, the more people we can get on there the better chance we have of getting the rules changed. The aim of the petition is the following: We want Gautrain to review the rules when carrying a bike on the train and rather have it state that it needs to be a clean bike or the wheels need to be covered with an inexpensive solution rather than a bike bag. Please take some time to vote on the page, I will send the statistics to the Manager so that she can see that there is a real need for this.
