My steel frame. Paint stripped and clear coated

Problem with new fork is it won't have the bianchi sign engraved. Fork looks much better on the photo than actual - chrome is chipping off badly. CST68, i assume you are talking about an other option, rather than chroming? Thanks for the replies!

Do i need to do anything to prep the fork for rechroming or is it not necessary? (Except take stikers off) Can anyone recommend a place in the northern suburbs? Thanks!

Sounds like rechroming is the best option. Is new stickers easy to get, to stick back on afterwards? Thanks

Thanks for the replies. Not sure about the year...any advise on how to check? Has STI's, but not sure if it was put on afterwards. Will consider rechroming as well, not sure how much $$ it will cost.

Hi all, I'm new to this forum...please excuse if my questiions have previously been answered here. I have a steel frame bianchi that I am busy converting to singlespeed, but the chrome one the fork is in a really bad state. Does anyone perhaps know how to get the chrome off? I wan't to get it off to show the bare steel. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks
