WITSPAL - Palliative Care

Can anyone help me with suggestions of what is needed after riding a big race from your own experience? E.g should you get a deep treatment massage right after, apply anti inflammatory gels (if so which ones are being used currently, that actually work) etc. Pain killers etc. Ice. Any advice is appreciated? Thanks

HI, Thanks for this discussion. I just wanted to confirm, I am buying some custom jerseys from cyclingbox.com. Is this where you bought your kits from? Also the sizes are they very different from the local sizes? I also see someone said something about elastic on the arms, is this something I should ask them not to do?
