Just a word of speedy recovery to Marnelle Rauch who experienced a "blackout" on her bike while descending on a twitchy part of the Suikerbosrand route and then came off her bike with severe injuries: Vascular artory damaged (Similar to what Ryan Cox had), disslocated fingers, broken collarbone, broken ribs, punctured lung and broken T7 in her back.   5. Great, that is comforting. I think the atmosphere at the back might also be partyfull, however, I know, I will hurt in someway, but will overcome it by sencefull riding. Looking forward to see you there.
  6. Hi All, We had a discussion a couple of weeks back regarding my first attempt, where after I got hit by a bacterical phnemonia, hospitalised two weeks, ext..... My specialist ordered that I should stay off my bike for 2 months. Resume training mid November. With December being a difficult month for us to train, are there fair chances for me to succeed? ps: Thanks for the training schedules you guys mailed. It looks hectic!
