i did the redbull and vodka allot!!!! i did the filter coffees allot!!!! and i did the caffeine pills allot!!! i am still ok' date=' but i must admit, dont think it can be the best for you!!! best thing for me was not to have any form of caffeine at all and then come race day you just have so 3 - 4 caffeine pills through the race... but try it out in training first or you might just blow bigtime before the finish!!! Seriasly meisies en outjies...coffee can do lots of harm if not drank in modderation....ask yours truly...be carefull of the red bulls and vodka...once again I can vouch ..and coffee in modderation is actually good ..but drink to much and you can blow your ticker..no jokes ...

Did anybody seriaasly believe that Sterkarm quit for good...??..The man has a ego as big as the state of Texas...he was planning all of this ...he owns half of the US based team , or more...every rider in his team will work for him regardless...the man is an absolute animal, and anybody betting against him winning the Tour De Lance obviously has a lot of money to throw away....or am I talking bollie...??

This is horrible ..I am so gatvol of this ..!!!!..We live in one of the most wonderfull and stunning countries in the world...I have been all over the place , and honestly there is just no place like home... The worst of all is that we then have cyclists tthrowing punches at each other ,at what is suppose to be a recreational event..for the person involved at killarney , behaving like a thug ...shame on you...makes you no better than the rest of these mindless hooligans... Be safe everybody...we dont need to loose friends and loved ones to these animals...
