My two cents worth. Recently built up a nice little bike at a cost of just under 60k, after a LOT of shopping around and product investigation. In the course of this I have been to pretty much most of the mainstream LBS in the Jhb North area....certainy all of the mainstream ones. Let's just say that I seemed to know a heck of a lot more than a most of the gentlemen that attempted (badly) to answer my questions. OK, sure I am flat out detail centric but if you cannot bother to actually get to know at least a resonable amount about whatever it is that you do, then PLEASE, do the world a favor and change jobs? Anyway, long story short....Mike's Bikes in Greenside is the spot people; on the ball, wsupremely jacked and deliver EXCELLENT service (in my experience). You get what you pay for.....
