Event Name: ROCK-KIDS When: 7 December 2014 Where: Peninsula on Vaal, Freestate Category: Multisport Rock-Kids Adventure Challenge” promises to be an exciting adventure experience for ages 5 -12 years. The challenge includes a trail run, MTB and obstacle course that will be tremendous fun for the kids. So while Moms & Dads are participating, sign your kids in with the Sunsure Team for a great day of entertainment for the kids. It’s not a race, it’s an adventure! Go to Event Page

Winner of a 32GI Hamper: Disylizzy Winning Tip "When buying goggles, push them against your face/eyes without putting the straps around your head. They should stick automatically, this will help to ensure a tight seal and good fit to avoid water leaking in to them during the swim. Every head/face is different, so what works for your friend won't necessarily work for you". We will be in touch shortly to get your prize to you!

The next winner of a 32GI hamper is SIdekick Racer with the following tip: "Tip - keep some extra insallation tape taped around your seat-post. If you puncture more than once or don't have a tube on you, you can wrap this around the hole of the tube and finnish the bike leg with it. Holds as good as any patch in my experience Comes in as a great make-shift puncture repair kit"

After much deliberation we are proud to announce that the first winner of the 32GI hamper is Garfield2010 with the following tip "Make the swim bearable for every athlete. At the start, please stand as you would expect to exit the water. In other words fast swimmers in the front and slow pokes at the back. In a perfect world there should not be one collision (yeah right) If it is your first triathlon and you are unsure. Stand 50 metres to the side and swim wide. Yes you might swim an additional 500m overall but see that as Triathlon initiation" Garfield, we will be in touch shortly to make arrangments for the delivery of your prize. Yes would agree with that comment: hence the option is open to either canoe or swim - your choice on which discipline you're stronger at!

Agreed - but many people want to participate in a triathlon, but are concerned about swimming so includes those participants with canoe option
