I see that this race is being timed by SS timing - does that mean that it contributes to your seeding? any idea?

Hi all, I have been wanting to buy a garmin GPS for a couple of weeks, had pretty much decided on an edge 500. Just happened to pop into the Due South shop at Clearwater who had discounted the Edge 800 by R1700- new price R3499- best price by far. Apparently all their shops are running the deal
