Average speed will definately not be over 20km/h. Should get to block house around 9:30 ish .... Your 15-17 km/h average at Rietvlei .... What route is that on ?

Yes this is MTB. Quite flat with only a few climbs and not very tech. Ave speed wont be more than 20kph ... Probably a bit less this sat. Great group of friendly people .... As Ben said " I don't mind riding with you lot at least the company is good and some laughs are gauranteed"

Oh yes and I forgot that Ben complains about oaks that eat to much aswell ....

Guys n Girl's We are gonna do an MTB ride from Sharondale Nursery to Blockhouse again this sat at 7am. There will be a few novices, most of whom can have spouses/balls n chains collect them from blockhouse at the 35km or so mark. The rest can continue on with us n return at around the 70/80km mark.
