The ride will cruise through Soweto Streets, revealing the beauty of the neighbourhood and its indigenous people, who are fun loving, stylish and hold the true essence of advantage of living in these parts. Thesis Lifestyle Shop : Smoke Break, Beer Break, Snack Break whatever tickles your taste buds at that point(If you still breathing lol) 4. Kliptown Open-Air Museum : More Photo Opp and exploring the vast and multi cultured market of Kliptown. 5. An Early Morning Ride might knacker you out in the short term, but it’ll help you catch some quality shut eye when you get back to pillow. Some genius’s at Stanford University, School of Medicine did some digging by asking sedentary insomnia sufferers to cycle for 20 to 30 minutes (CHEAP RIDE) every other day. The Result? (YOU GUESSED IT). The time required for them insomniacs to sleep was halved and thus increasing sleep time by an hour. So come on and Exercise outside and be exposed to some sunlight.
