If you use the right amount of sealant (wich is not much)you need to change it every 3 months.I find that most of the guys use to mutch sealant. Me and my training buddy have been riding for years with Stans and no problems at all.Just need to refill the tyres every 3-4 months and there you go. Stans rules!!!!!!!!!
