To those cyclists that came down Victoria Drive into Schoenies around 640am this morning (Saturday), taking up both sides of the road, causing my wife, on the opposite side of the road to take a tumble off her bike while having to take avoiding action from you, understand the disservice you are doing to our sport. I'm sure you've all seen the billboard on Allister Miller Drive advocating that motorists pass cyclists with a 1.5m gap. Yet you seem to have difficulty staying on the correct side of the road. You seem to think its ok,at around 530 n the morning, to take up both lanes of Villiers Road leaving no space for motorists to pass. Where does your responsibility lie in road safety? Your actions are leading to accidents, and your actions lead to motorists resenting us.
