Right . Thanks for the replies guys. Aus cycling is good in parts but also very narrows roads. There is an absolute Mecca of cycling in the national parks about 40 mins drive out of Sydney. I feel like we may have a few more violent people on the roads here but our cycleway is definitely up there. So cycle lab u recommend? What about city cyclists or something? Any other clubs u recommend? I may do a sea point to Hout Bay tomorrow.

Hey all, Just moved back from Sydney, Aus and keen to get back on the bike. Managed to borrow a great roadie from a friend. Was doing about 150km a week at about 25/30km an hour. Keen to ride on weekday mornings and weekend. I'm living in Woodstock and I'm wanting to do the Woodstock cycle way to blouberg. Is it safe? Any other suggestions?
