"Oh, and yes, helmets are law, so let a cop enforce it. Don't run around doing other peoples work." The cops cannot enforce anything these days. So, if you see anything that will hurt cycling in general, then it is up to you to enforce the law. Don't waste your time with small stuff, but major violations should be taken care off.
