Hello everyone, I bought a Giant Revel 0 and it has fitted a Suntour XCM fork. Last night when I tried to set the fork up according to my weight I turned the adjustment knob out too far and it popped out. With the knob popped out there was two half moon plastic objects in the form of halved washer lodged in a groove under the knob. I cannot see what their us are and were exactly they need to go. It seems now I cannot get the knob to turn back in and stiffen up the suspension If someone can help me with advice on this query I will reall appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
