Ja that is what I am thinking don't want to wear to much and to thick gear, your body gets warm very quickly and after 8 its starts warming up a lot. The weekend I was doing Groenkloof at 7 and only my hands and ears were burning.....

Hi Everybody This is my 1st winter doing MTB. Any gear suggestions for keeping ears and hands warm? I only start riding 7 or 8 o'clock in the morning over weekends, so don't think I need and winter body gear, this is SA we don't really have cold winters like other countries, but can be wrong....
