  2. i think its both mucle and fat lost,i am 190 and weigh 70 kg,im thinking of taking protein to prevent the mucle breakdown,because i am thinking that ive lost to much weight

Hi guys Would just like some advise,i've lost some weight training thru winter,and at the moment im climbing very well,but on the flats im kind of strugeling to keep up at high speeds,seems like i lost some POWER ,would just like to know what i can do to fix it,maby start taking a protein supplyment?any advice ????
